We had a great stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites at Bridgeport, MI. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was extremely friendly. It's a prefect location for shopping in Saginaw and the Outlet mall at Birch Run as well as doing the shops and restaurants at Frankenmuth. Thanks Tammy for the help.

Had a great time at both places. Judy from Coast to Coast was such a delight. Patience should be Judy's middle name. since this was our first time to use them, we were a little green, but Judy just hung in there and made us understand just how everything went!!! With very short notice, she got us a good rate with one of Phuket's finest resorts. The Katathani Resort was just one of the best we had ever stayed in! The staff went up and beyond customer service :) Great stay!!! Our staff in Bangkok at the Grande Centre Point Ratchadmeri Hotel was just as impressive as the neighbor in Phuket.

Hi Kim- We just returned from our trip to Florida. I wanted to say thank you for your help with booking our fabulous vacation villa at Calypso City!!! Our two bedroom looked exactly like the photos you sent me. It was fresh, newer unit, and had excellent pools. Plus, very close to Disney World. I am not sure if all the units were this fantastic, but for future bookings, unit 208 in building 223 was the best! When I checked the reviews for Calypso Cay they were mixed, but the villas are a great deal. No problems with anything. Also, front desk will give you an iron and hair dryer to use for the week - no charge unless you don't return them when you check out. Ironing board is in the room. If we wanted to return here or use your timeshare in the future, would I be able to contact you directly? Thanks again for sending us to this great place.

Tammy is by far the best thing that the travel club has going for itself. I have generally been extremely happy in the commitment and follow through. I appreciate the feeling that tammy is always there for the customer, making sure that all bases are covered and that the customer us satisfied. In the case of this recent travel, the honeymoon couple was disappointed with the original accommodations. When Tammy became aware of the situation, she was quick and thorough is developing cost effective alternatives that proved to be outstanding.

We prearranged a motel room about 550 miles from our home for a one night stay, going to a vacation destination that we had bought into years ago.
The lady who made the arrangements did as we asked and found a motel that suited the six of us very well.
I was going to call for arrangements on home trip but with two planned stops we could not determine where we might stop. We drove till we were tired and found a place.

You are just too good to be true!!! Lee and I want to thank you again for the effort you expended to get the motels for us at the time and place we requested. We requested the motels to be the cleanest. You met all of our expectations.
En-route to moble, the most exceptional motel was the Best Western Chateau Louisianne in Baton Rouge. I heartily recommend it. As you enter you get the feeling you are entering an outdoor courtyard, beautiful. Our room was a delightful suite, large and comfortable. They had a scrumptious complementary breakfast. They had eggs, grits, meats, cereals, fruit, various drinks, and more than I can remember. We were sorry that we could only spend one night. One of the least expensive we stayed in. It definitely was the best value for the entire trip.
In Mobile you situated us exactly where we wanted to be. The Hampton Inn had everything we wanted, the room contained the microwave and refrigerator as we asked for. Their staff was very hospitable, and accommodating.
What a sterling performer you are!!! On very short notice, you made all of the arrangements, and sent me an e-mail with all of the information before you left the office. Well done, and many thanks!!!
On the way home our first stop was for two nights at the Charion Inn on Canal Street in New Orleans. We had a wonderful visit. The location was what we asked for, and the street car stopped right down the street, so getting around was really busy. We got to do what we wanted to do. It was fun!!!
In San Antonio we spent two nights at the Crowne Plaza. We asked to be near the River Walk, it was right ouside our window! The Alamo was within sight and only a short walk away. We enjoyed revisiting Alamo, boating, and walking River Walk. We had a good time.
Our trip was, for us, a grand success. We did what we wanted to, stayed where we wanted to stay. Thanks again to you, we thoroughly enjoyed visiting family and sight-seeing.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time staying at the Wyndham Ocean Walk Resort in Daytona Beach last month. It was a very nice place. The sunrises from our balcony were beautiful. They brought in a dance instuctor the first night and she taught us some basic ballroom dancing and Zumba. We went to her studio several times for more lessons and fun. Thanks.

Our travel from St. Louis, to Houston, to Cancun was smooth, orderly, and on time. After we passed the gauntlet at the Cancun Airport, our driver was courteous and prompt. We stayed at Laguna Suites, with a second floor room with balcony. We were pleasantly surprized and very pleased with the resort. Our service was very nice, and we cannot say enough about the restaurant and the staff. They made our trip a wonderful memory and we made some new friends. Being the quiet type folks, this resort was the best choice for us. We visited all the other properties, however the personal service at the Laguna was home for us. It was all inclusive and perfect. All our day trips and concierge services were on time, as advertised, and well done. The Laguna Suites was well maintained, very clean, and was very nice.
We like our Coast to Coast Grand Getaways package, and plan to keep it, and use it.
The rest of the trip was very, very nice. From the 30 minute yacht ride, to the last day out to Xelha and back, all we did we were treated very well. The flight back was the same, on time, smooth, and safe.
In conclusion, we were very satisfied with the entire package. Muy Bueno!!!!!

Hi Ruth! Just wanted to let you know the trip was fabulous!!! My sister and I really enjoyed ourselves. I thought the weather was perfect (mid to upper 80s). We lounged around the pool a few days, did a canopy tour, and zip lined through the mountians. One day which was a blast we took a catamaran boat tour and went snorkeling. Another day we went to Yalapa, and the guide was a hoot. We ate out at local restaurants every night, and did a little shopping. We ate seafood five out of seven nights there, it was so fresh and so tasty! The town and bus system was super easy and cheap. Pretty much everyone spoke English and was nice and friendly. The resort and town was not crowded or busy, and the service was great too.
It's been hard being back at work this week. Thanks again for all your help, and have a happy Memorial Day weekend!!

Everything went very smoothly for us as we cruised Alaska on the Norwegian Star.

I just wanted to tell you, after many months how much my family and I enjoyed our vacation last summer at Branson, MO. The condo at Stonebridge Resort Village was just great. The location was quiet and beautiful. The grandkids had a nearby pool to enjoy all week long and the location was perfect, just down the road from Silver Dollar City. I had saved some pictures to send you but then I was unable to find an address for Go Grand Getaways. I don't know how to send pictures from the e-mail but my daughter, Laura, said sometime she will help me do that. We are thinking about taking a trip to Tennessee this summer. If you know about any condos at Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, Tennessee, you can let us know. I hope hope you had a nice Christmas and are doing well. We are long on travel clubs as that is our passion. When I called to update information on Go Grand Getaways, I casually mentioned that we were having a wedding in San Diego August 6-13 2010, and needed accommodations located as closely as possible to the downtown area. When you called to inform us of your find, I was in pure shock, never expecting that you could offer the World Mark Mission Hills condos. Although it is much more pricey than we had planned, we realize that to locate 5 two bedroom units in one facility with kitchens, within 15 minutes of major attractions, was a winner. With 12 timeshares with RCI and II, we had checked with them and there was nothing. Kudos!!!
Our "fussy" children were pleased with your selection for us. A wedding is a special occasion and we are delighted with the end result.

Kahana Beach Vacation Club review:
First of all, we want to express our appreciation for the job-well-done by Mike at Grand Getaways. He was always very professional, patient, and helpful. We were pleased with the resort and the cost. We would recommend Mike to anyone and hope he will be our vacation specialist in the future.
We stayed at the Kahana Beach Vacation Club on Maui, March 21 through April 4, 2009, just a scenic, 45-minute drive from the Kahului Airport. One of the first things to point out is that the sign out front is “Kahana Beach Resort”. We passed it up because it didn’t say Kahana Beach Vacation Club. We found this resort to be a very good value for the money spent. This is an older resort but is clean, the condo (for a studio) was spacious, and the staff was friendly. Parking is ample but a bit cramped; overflow parking is allowed at a resort across the street or on the street. Our particular room was just steps from the elevator, and our lanai (balcony) gave us an ocean view to the left and mountain view to the right. On more than one morning, we were afforded a very colorful view of Hawaii’s vivid rainbows over the mountains. Needless to say, cameras ready at all times. The bed was a queen size Murphy Bed but was very comfortable and easy to put up and down, even for us folks in our sixties. They offer various activities Monday through Friday, that include lei making classes, guided nature walk, ice cream social, and a hamburger get acquainted social at no additional cost. They have a nice outdoor pool and hot tub on a deck that jets out onto the beach. We actually sat in the hot tub and watch whales off shore—a really neat experience. The hot tub area also affords a beautiful sunset experience as it sets between the Islands of Lanai and Molokai. The location is great allowing for quiet on the beach and yet just a ten to fifteen drive from nice shopping areas, multiple restaurants, and also the very popular Lahaina Harbor area. There is a sister resort next door where you can enjoy the guided nature walk through their beautiful garden areas. A very nice, poolside restaurant is at that resort, of course within a short walking distance. They have good food and moderate “Hawaiian” prices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
We would definitely stay there again and coordinate our arrangements through Mike.

Ron is an angel. Last Fall, my 7 friends and I had signed up for a tour of Croatia when the tour was canceled. Well we were set on taking this trip if at all possible. I called and got Ron on the phone. Well he very professionally gave me some options. He shepherded me through all the preparations and our group of eight traveled to Croatia.
Ron had made all the arrangements for less than we had paid for the canceled tour. We were met by the tour guides at the time and place given in our itinerary. We lucked out and in most hotels got no extra cost room upgrades (it was the end of their tourist season). We were met by a friendly van driver and toured to all of the destinations Ron had arranged for us each day. Needless to say, we had a ball, you might say the best of our tours to date (we travel together most every Fall). Grand Getaways is our travel agent whenever we have time and savings to tour the world. Hip!hip! hurrah!.

Our travel from St. Louis, to Houston, to Cancun was orderly and on time. The driver was courteous and prompt. We stayed at the Laguna Suites at a 2nd floor room with a balcony. Our service was very nice always and we cannot say enough about the restaurant and its staff. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased with the resort. The personal service at the Laguna Suites was home for us. All our day trips and concierge services were on time, as advertised and well done. The rest of our trip was also very, very nice. From our 30 minute yacht ride, to the last day out to Xecha and back. Our flight back home was just as pleasant, on time, smooth and safe. In conclusion, we were entirely satisfied with our Coast To Coast package; we plan on keeping and using it.

Accomodations at Laguna Suites Golf and Resort were the highlights of the trip. We are not your "typical" Cancun partiers, so the Laguna Suites was ideal for us. Vacation in Mexico
We went to an all inclusive resort in Mexico. The cost of the trip was reasonable and the Resort was good. It was located approx. one hour from the merida airport on the Carribbean Sea. It was an older resort, but well maintained. Food and drinks were plentiful. It had a very nice New Year's eve party. I would recommend it for people who want to be away from the hustle & bustle.

Janice is a KEEPER! This is our fourth time going to Florida. This time going to Orlando than Daytona Beach and finally Sarasota, Where we met friends that we encountered through e-mails but had never met them. The weather was great, hitting the low 80s a couple of days and just a few hours of rain throughout the trip. Our two week stay at Sandals Montego Bay was great. The staff there was absoultely awesome and the shows at night were great. The airplanes do fly directly over the resort but after awhile you become immune to them.We flew Air Jamaica and found this airline to be top-notch. Laura and I made it back from Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic late this past Saturday night. The week went by fast. The Lifestyle Crown Residence Suites were nice. There is a lot of new construction going on building new 1,2,3,4,5,6, & 7 room villas. The Gardens section is no longer in use and is going to be replaced with something new. We booked our week at Westgate Branson Woods thru Coast to Coast Grand Getaways. The facilities we experienced there were some of the best we've ever known. Everything was provided except the food of course. The furnishings were all immaculate and very well maintained.
There were numerous activites to engage in everyday, along with hiking and the use of the indoor and outdoor pools. THe grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The resort staff was friendly, efficient and responsive, when we had a noise situation develop next door. The cost was very reasonable tanks to our club membership.
Branson is a great place to visit with something for everyone. This was a most relaxing and pleasureable week we would highly recommend this experience to anyone.

Outstanding service. Everyone involved all along the way was very helpfull and very pleasant. Judy W. scheduled our trip and gave advise and tips when we were planning. Katerina (land portion) was very knowledgable and super nice. The woman who was part of our cruise portion was also very nice. There was also a woman who organized things in Greece who was great. The whole experience with Globus was excellent. Everyone we delt with was very pleasant, very organized and made the trip a success.
My friend Vionnette had her luggage lost in Terminal 5 in London. The girls made nuberous calls for several days regarding this issue. It was difficult I'm sure because thousands of pieces of luggage were lost when terminal 5 opened. They persisted until it was located and then they had it delivered to our hotel. That was the only bump in the road we encountered. The luggage was missing for about 4 or 5 days.
We lost a day of sight seeing because she had to shop for some clothes. That was the last thing we had planned on doing. But... thank goodness they handled all of this because we would have spent tons of time, money and patience trying to resolve this. I would defenitly recommend this trip and these companies (Globus and Grand Get Aways) to anyone who is planning a vacation. Thank you for making it a vacation we will always remember.

Dealing with Judy for our trip to Italy was excellent. We enjoyed all the cities and the hotels. The train rides and tours were not all pleasant or easy for older persons. We did have a good time, though, and again were very pleased with Judy's arrangements and help with our travel plans.

We had a wonderful honeymoon! The hotels in Mykonos and Santorini were FABULOUS, especially the one in Mykonos. Not crazy about the Baby Grand in Athens- It wasn’t “bad” but a little too boutique-chic-contemporary for our style and would not stay there again.
Judy, you were really instrumental in helping us put together this wonderful honeymoon and we really appreciate all her help and suggestions. We loved working with you! Thank you again!!

The hotel Circus Circus in Las Vegas was great. US Air was not so good. We endured endless delays in both directions from Seattle to Las Vegas and back. . The US Air staff did not seem concerned with the discomfort of the passengers. We will not fly with them again.

We had a wonderful time in Hawaii and the The Reef Hotel at Waikiki was beautiful, The hotel is right on Waikiki Beach and the staff treated us very well and even upgraded us to a beach front room.
The hotel has three very good restaurants as well as a shopping area. The Reef is within walking distance frim several shopping malls and great restaurants.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to make the trip again someday.

Janice was very helpful in scheduling our travel for our recent trip to Hawaii. She was able to get us very competetive rates on both the air fare and car rental. We wer very pleased when we arrived to find at the auto rental agency to find that the luxury car we rented was really that.
Unfortunately, it had been a while since we traveled by air and not realizing the amount of space that passengers were required to scarifice in United.s new configuration we requested economy class.
When we reached our destination I phoned Janice to inquire if it was possible to upgrade our return tickets to Economy Plus as ther was not enough leg room on the flight over.
Janice was a jewel and was able to accommodate my request for an upgrade and was back to me within 15 minutes with the confirmation number, which made our return trip home more relaxing and comfortable.

Our tour in China consisted of six great people and therefore the tour guides were very informative and made sure we were safe and took care of all our needs. We were able to see all the wonderful cultural sites and cities that we had read about. All our hotels in Japan and China were five star and unbelievably wonderful. We would have definitely skipped the trip to Japan if we had known prior to the week before we left, that all of our tours were cancelled due to the National Holiday. We were not able to see all we had hoped in Japan. The internal air transportation in China was very good, except for two very, very early morning flights, which caused breakfast planning a problem. We did fill out comment sheets with Pacific Delight, and explained everything we liked and disliked and asked them to respond. We are waiting to hear back. All in all, this was a trip of a lifetime and everything we had hoped it would be. Judy, you were very helpful, informative and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure working with you. We would definitely recommend this wonderful trip to everyone.

We had a wonderful. time. Judy Weppler was excellent in assisting us plan our trip. She was very thorough and took our comfort in mind by booking our flights at times that were well spaced so we did not have to be concerned with hurrying to catch our next planne. The Holland America cruise guide (Scott) was exceptional. All the guides, bus drivers and hotel personnel were very knowledgeable about the tour. They were very giving and careful of the passengers safety. Our luggage was handled very well and was exactly where it was supposed to be at all times. Since we are older, it was a GREAT idea to take the land tour first and the sea cruise last; it gave us time to rest up. You might want to keep this in mind for your older guests in the future. Overall, I would rate thie trip a 10!

However we found the land trips a little disapponting. Especially the eight hour Denali park trip which was tiring and uncomfortable. We found the H.A. logistics overall excellent and tour guide was okay. The cruise was outstanding, our state room very comfortable and service excellent. The food was lavish! However we were disappointed with a couple of the on-shore excursions, particularly the rain forest/ sea coast walk in Juneau. The embarkation and disembarkation process was very well organized and efficient (they have obviously had alot of practice!)"

"Our group had a marvelous time. Ron Postlewait made all the arrangements for us which included pick up from and delivery to the airport, the pick ups occurred timely and more than met our expectations. He arranged local sightseeing tours with local guides. These occurred exactly as promised and everyone in the group enjoyed them. He arranged hotel stays in 5 star hotels. Receptions occurred without difficulty and because it was the end of the season we had our rooms upgraded at no extra cost. He arranged bus tours to interesting places from our hotels. Again the drivers arrived in time and gave us private tours which everyone enjoyed. Everyone commented that our 'private tour' included everything one would have expected but was so much more enjoyable because we did not have to wait for others, we were able to ask for photo stops on the tour and we encountered friendly , helpful guides and drivers everywhere. Our group is dreaming of future trips and really appreciated the very personal and clear assistance from Ron. I would suggest that he be considered for employee of the year, if you have such a thing. This was my first use of my membership account. I had no idea what to expect. I was very, very pleasantly surprised and will certainly tell friends and other travelers about your company. "Westgate Branson Woods is a gated luxury resort situated on a secluded hill-top, yet less than half an hour from all the shows and restaurants. We stayed in a nice standard condo unit with a small kitchenette. The staff was very professional and we were treated quite well. We enjoyed the good coffee in the large main lobby every morning. Their concierge was excellent. We got tickets to all 7 shows there. All in all, we enjoyed the resort, the shows, and touring the nearby Table Rock State Park and the College of the Ozarks. A great one-week getaway!"
